WELCOME TO PARTICOLARI'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH APPLY TO ALL ITEMS ORDERED FROM THE WEBSITE www.particolari.com
Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law and in the event of a dispute, it is agreed the Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
To make a purchase from Particolari.com, select items and add them to your online shopping bag. When you have chosen your items, proceed to the checkout. Here you will need to select a delivery option for your order, enter your personal details (including name, telephone number, billing address and delivery address) and choose your payment method. You will be shown a summary of your order and have the opportunity to make changes. To proceed with the order you will need to insert your payment details and click ‘CONFIRM & PAY’.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email showing the details of your order. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFRIM & PAY’ button.
We accept payments with credit cards belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Maestro, JCB, Paypal. If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
We charge you for your order in EUROS. The actual price charged to customers outside the European Monetary Union will be subject to the exchange rate applied by their credit or debit card company. There is no customs/import duty on the movement of goods within the European Union so it is unlikely that any customs/import duty will arise on your order if you are a customer in the European Union but if any duty is payable, you will be liable for it. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
For safety reasons, the orders will be delivered to the address of registration, otherwise specified by you. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Orders are processed from the 9am to the 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the Monday. In EU countries the delivery takes about 3-5 working days. Particolari does not have any responsibility for delays of the transport.
Particolari's products will send in the institutional shipping pack. If you want to make a present and you would like to receive the product inside a gift box, you must choose the gift pack option. You will receive everything you need for make the present.
PRODUCTS CHANGES AND RETURNS
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The price of the Products purchased online can not be reimbursed from the shops.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact, the products must to return not used, not damaged, not washed. Your items should be in their original packaging.
All returns must be made by post.
You will need to create a Returns Authorisation by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account and select 'My Orders' section.
2. Select the items you wish to return and click 'Create Return'.
4. Print your Returns Authorisation and complete the form.
5. Put the Returns Autorisation in the parcel and post it to us.
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
